Hear me out… 13 months that are each 28 days with 1 day of “partying” at the end of the year (2 on leap year) Every month would be exactly 4 weeks, so every year and every month would start on Monday and end on Sunday.

Ok I’ve heard your complaints. 12 months of 28 days. 29 days of partying. (We’ll just call 28 of those days a new month)
