Is there a "Watch Cast" replacement action yet?

Ideally a normal in app notification like it used to be, but I guess aggregated daily email would work too. Sometimes it's to see responses, other times because I want to participate in the discussion so too delayed doesn't work.

smart. how would you prefer to get notified on casts that have been action-watched?
