Gotta define ownership first. If you define it as the ability to exclude others from the resource then it's not owned by anybody because spinning up a node is permissionless

I think this is a fine definition (although I don't think the conversation is limited to private property). As a genera rule for discussions/arguments I think it's a good idea for everyone to dissect a definition first before devolving into an argument about semantics lol
