Curious how much variance there is in the quality of health insurance across these different American groups. I know a lot of people are terrified to go to the hospital. I know Medicaid exists but still varies by state and I'm not sure people have a good mental model for the complexities of the health insurance industrial complex, not everyone can afford to play the "deny claims early and often" game.
