Some ideas:
1. Visualize the "process" better (right now there are labels like "last call" and the track etc, but it's unclear how it starts, what the steps it completed, where it ends). I imagine it like a roadmap visualization per-EIP, starting from ethmagicians shitposting and ending in implementation/adoption.
2. Couple times a year, have "EIP days" where experienced EIP writers make time to help onboard first-timers who want to propose something (help them brainstorm, propose, etc). A lot of companies in the space feel like they need to engage with the EIP process but don't know where to start, and just end up building in private.
3. Have a frontend that cross-links EIP discussions and auxiliary links better. For example, https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-7702 could link to https://eip7702.io/ and https://hackmd.io/@rimeissner/eip7702-best-practices and even threads on farcaster/x/etc.
4. Have a process for adding/contributing aux discussion to an EIP, even post-acceptance. Timely context is helpful! 0 reply
