Isn’t it more fair to say that EIPs are incremental? To be an ERC, it must first be an EIP. Thus this reality can be true maybe: EIP20, EIP21, EIP22 exist. ERC20, ERC22 exists, where ERC21 may or may not ever exist. Idk just participating in conversation lol
