"Starter Packs" on Bluesky are good.

At minimum, it's something for people to do, an opportunity for engagement. "I'm making a starter pack about X, please reply if this is you!"

More generously, it is a really useful onboarding tool. I went through a few starter packs, and continue to find more good ones.
