When the final art is stored fully on-chain, do you think it adds to the concept when Solidity constructs the art via loops, recursive functions, etc as opposed to when these are done in the browser with JS or p5js?

Is the browser prevented from falsifying the result somehow, compared to the solidity version?

To me, that would be the distinction. A browser based art could mean the minter could taint it with whatever (unless that is the point, which might be kinda cool).
