seeing a lot of talk about the new notification of accounts who recently cast after taking a break, and it being a shameful signal.

I can understand that opinion from extremely active users here, but in the same breath it seems counterproductive to encourage the shame through casting about it.

Only in a toxic productivity environment is it thought of as shameful for folks to take a break 🙃

We’re all human & sometimes priorities in life shift through time.. 

I’m not anywhere near as active as I once was & anyone who’s not ok w that is more than welcome to step into my shoes responsibility & mental health wise if they’d like to manage my time & energy 🤣

I need breaks sometimes and it doesn’t mean I’m dissing the platform and I don’t want to be penalized as such
