I usually feel the pressure to stay 'on' and connected, even during vacations. But this week in Montauk, I gave myself permission to truly unplug—no live shows, no blog posts, not even pre-scheduled content. Just fully (work related) offline. It felt so refreshing and necessary. Sometimes, stepping back, even for a few days, is exactly what we need to recharge and reset.
