Sharing my wife’s research on rapamycin and its effects on aging, published in The Lancet this month. TLDR: positive on cardio system, immune system and skin. No serious adverse effects in healthy ppl. Long term effects and most other systems understudied. Link below:

Easier to repurpose existing drugs than get approvals for new ones - especially for non acute “disease” like aging
