Sharing my wife’s research on rapamycin and its effects on aging, published in The Lancet this month. TLDR: positive on cardio system, immune system and skin. No serious adverse effects in healthy ppl. Long term effects and most other systems understudied. Link below:

She worked on this with the team at the Centre for Healthy Longevity which is supported in part by Singapore’s healthcare system - Singapore residents are living longer but not necessarily healthier, and birth rates are down - bad combo and a scary looking population pyramid
