1. Trade less. Prioritise high conviction trades, and sit potentially if there are no attractive opportunities present. 2. Prioritise sector leaders > betas. If a narrative has staying power - you can catch a late rotation, but leading with beta exposure hasn't been effective this cycle thus far.

3. Use periods of apathy to master your craft. During bull mania, it's hard to focus. Sideways/boring conditions are a blessing as it gives you a chance to research, plan, and upskill with less distractions.
