Fixing performance issues with @moxie-protocol subgraphs identified yesterday during a performance test.  

Things we are changing: 

- Splitting subgraph into transactional & analytics subgraphs. Only datapoints/txs required to be indexed in realtime goes in transactional subgraph. 

- Optimizing on data structures & load calls in subgraphs. 

Working with  @sharathkrml @kesh5210.eth on this. 

We will release new version of subgraph docs soon.
