Today’s lunch is “pasta e patate” that means “pasta & potatoes”. I know it sounds strange to put carbs + carbs but in the southern of Italy is not that strange at all. Centuries of wars and lack of food made the Italians creative and developed the well known Italian cuisine. It’s easy and nutritious. Prepare a pot with EVoil + celery leaf. When hot add 4/5 cherry tomatoes 🍅 Cut 5/6 potatoes in little dice and when the base is ready add the potatoes. Let them go for 10 minutes (medium heat). At this point add 600ml of water and let go for 15 minutes, add the pasta and let go for other 15 minutes. Add black pepper, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella. It’s done. Buon appetito 😋
