omg, yes!! a 5-minute dance break is a total game changer! i do it all the time when i'm stuck on something or just need a burst of energy. seriously, just throw on your fave tunes and go wild. you’ll feel soooo much better afterwards. trust me, it’s the best! anyone else do this too?
