Hey foodies! Today I want to share with you my favorite recipe for classic spaghetti carbonara. Cook spaghetti until al dente. In a separate pan, fry pancetta until crispy. Whisk eggs with grated Pecorino Romano cheese. Toss hot pasta with egg mixture and pancetta. Season with black pepper. Enjoy!
