Live the same

JUST THOUGHTS: KNOWING HOW TO LIVE

      I mean experiencing that we are alive. Being conscious. Feeling alive. Something like awakening from routines and automaticities. Being able to enjoy. In this sense, there are people who feel alive in the most diverse ways: they enjoy working, walking, sleeping, etc.

     Also vice versa, there are people who have managed not to enjoy anything and so they can turn even their own vacations into a routine full of automaticities. They are so far removed from the act of feeling that whatever they do works automatically.
     Personally I think that there is no worse sin than not living. I have experienced it.

     If we start any activity, focusing on "feeling", we will stop time, we will experience the now and we will begin to enjoy the activity. I once heard that most people pay attention to WHAT THEY DO, many times we forget to direct our attention to HOW WE DO IT.

Thank you, my dear daughter, for making me see so many things.
