Just wanted to verify, the persons you're referring to are the people in the screenshot or the names mentioned in there?

The people mentioned are not the thieves, but Jacque is saying if you all reply to his post, it rewards him for engagement. Just report him and don't message him. You can make your own post, but don't repost or quote the message. Take a screenshot,  post and tag people in your own post so he doesn't get rewarded for stealing
