Back in my day, we were aware of the dangers of too much internet. So much so that I did my Senior project on Internet Addition Disorder. This is an actual diagnosis in DSM IV. At the time, it was games and internet chat rooms, but I'd argue not much has changed. People change their lives over internet fights, dopamine cycles, and Rage-baiting. Today, touch some grass or each other, I don't care. But take a step back and realize our own human condition is the cause and solution to this problem.
