looking back, it was an absolute pleasure working on loopdawoop with 
@banteg , he's probably one of the people who have the most respect from me on here, absolute chad dev.

had a few looks at react and wrote it really well and cleanly right away....

... I used the time to focus on things that weren't yet solved.

anyway, here I also have to thank @pentacle for connecting us. 

these sorts of gigs are invaluable. thanks. I learned a lot.

I always knew he is an extremely talented dev, but working with him directly really hit different.

Sadly I deprecated the main ui, but I actually think his UI is functionally much better, so that's why I asked if it makes sense to maintain two versions, and since it wasn't...
