What are your thoughts on when you hit a fitness plateau? Push past? Be content and maintain? Adjust diet or other related things? Debating internally if I’m happy where I’m at with my routine or if the value is worth the effort to move the needle further. Curious where you stand on your journey?

Where are my social media refugees at? No more Facebook, Insta, X, or LinkedIn for me. I'm done with it all. Except reddit, that's still a guilty pleasure. Maybe this will be the new place to be?
