Apple and Google are reportedly working to address a serious security flaw that has been present in their web browsers for years. The vulnerability, which involves the IP address 0.0.0.0, is reportedly being exploited by cybercriminals to compromise devices and satellite data. According to a report from Forbes, the vulnerability may have existed for 18 years but has remained undiscovered by developers until now. The vulnerability was only discovered by Israeli cybersecurity researcher Oligo, leading to it being labeled a “zero-day vulnerability” due to a lack of prior awareness and needing to be patched immediately. https://www.tomsguide.com/computing/online-security/chrome-safari-and-other-browsers-vulnerable-to-0000-day-vulnerability-what-you-need-to-know?fbclid=IwY2xjawEiyHVleHRuA2FlbQIxMAABHc_eJWQ3D4WGduwplbFcT27EcDUf05x5FGx_7izDIx0myYpRNxJBcxRz6w_aem_PKVL2d6R8Qrdi0zZTVYsGg
