Instead of a sealed chamber and a tire, the wheel now consists of a high-profile rim and a grid formed by intertwined nitinol wires. Since it is an alloy with shape memory and superelasticity, the wheel resists deformation, absorbs shocks. And after hitting an obstacle, it returns to its previous shape.
