What’s the one thing you always make time for, no matter how busy life gets? For me, it’s my solitude. I make sure to carve out a little “me” time every day. This is when I get the chance to think, reflect, and hopefully improve. Most days, this happens during my daily walks, but even if I miss those, I’ll find another way to fit in some solo time. What about you? What’s the one thing you always make space for, no matter what?

In fact, you and I have similar options. I also always take time to be alone because I think it's very important. It seems to me that you need to find time to be alone with yourself, to take a break from others and put your thoughts in order. How long have you been doing this? @maretus
