I think that you need to develop your psyche first of all, as this is an integral part of trading. We must have strong nerves, our work can be quite stressful and risky. Therefore, we must be prepared for various situations and treat them calmly. It will be much easier to work with strong nerves, since you will calmly change any situation in the market!!!
I have a couple of favorite phrases that I use to calm myself down: ‘’all the money in the world can't be earned’’ and ,,If that happened, then it means it's necessary". You can try using these phrases and I think it will become easier for you and you will perceive situations differently!!!🤗🫶
