Does anyone has a link to a comprehensive up to date directory of the actions?  

The one pinned at the top doesn't have many cool ones I've seen.
I don't expect the FC team to have the time to continually update.

I hope eventually we'll be able to discover actions in what might be the equivalent of an app store (so like an "action store") and where they could be viewed by popularity or newness

I don’t think so fam but I know a lot of feedback has been given regarding action discovery so it’s definitely on their radar outside of just the directory (more like a trending action section of the app is my impression)
