my neighbor (ravens fan) wants to bet me (commanders fan) on the game tomorrow. 

If he wins, I have to buy and fly a ravens flag on my house for 2 months. If I win, vice versa. 

I said I would agree to betting the spread (Ravens -6.5). He is crying and says it needs to be straight up. 

Should we bet the spread, straight up, or meet in the middle at Ravens -3.5?
