i know this is an old(er) cast matthew, but i was directed here when selecting add to calender -  

just wanted to share that I use outlook on my pc, so I did the following:

selected 'add to cal'
selected 'apple cal'
on the following popup on my computer, I selected open and then it allowed me to select Outlook and add it to my calendar...
