I think he was going to announce it today as a distraction for the budget, and then announce a new female leader (Joly?) He’s been going on about being a “feminist ally” …I’m sure he was gearing up for something. Freeland has thrown a wrench in that plan.

I think Burrow showing willingness to throw to guys like Sample early forced Dallas to cover areas of the field where other options were more heavily. Dallas trusted Diggs, and he’s earned that, but they underestimated Chase.
