Proper nutrition Eat a light meal containing carbohydrates and protein at least 1 to 2 hours before exercise. 4. Wear the right clothes and shoes Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the ambient temperature. Wearing standard athletic shoes is very important. 5. Set a goal Before you start, determine your exercise goal. 6. Check your body posture If you feel tired, dizzy, or weak, give your body a rest or postpone exercise. 7. Use the necessary equipment 8. Check the exercise environment 9. Breathe properly 10. Focus your mind These steps will help your body prepare properly for exercise and get the best results from your workout.
