At times I have received advice and it’s turned out to be not only useless but harmful

Sometimes I have received advice but I desperately needed, but I just wasn’t quite ready to accept it or hear it yet

Every so often, I talk with someone and it is spot on. 

Most of the time I try things, and they don’t really work. And then I tried again and I learned some thing or I don’t, but I keep going. And this trial and error process just kind of keeps going on and on until I hit a valley that opens into wonderful pastures and beautiful views of abundance

Advice can be a double-edged sword, sometimes it helps us grow, and other times it sets us back. hitting a valley can teach you patience, resilience, and, eventually, they lead you to that clearing where everything falls into place.
