It was a lovely write up!! And I must say, loved the vocabulary usage… had to check google for some of the meanings… lol “Explain to myself why I care about the things I care about“ i don’t know why this stood out to me, i kind of resonate with this or i need to i tend to care about things easily ( doesn’t end well most times), maybe i need to sit and explain to myself why actually care about them how did that work for you

That’s great, I hope it does for me soon “Happiness and meaning are intertwined” how though? are you saying i ought to find meaning in what makes me happy?

it’s sorta tautological but i think happiness (not necessarily pleasure) exists only when you experience things that are meaningful to you and vice versa and if nothing means anything to you seriously it’s hard to hold onto consistent happiness
