The #1 quality I now look for in founders is resilience. The world is full of people who will tell you your ideas are shit or they won't work or why your project will fail. Bet on people who have undeniable self-confidence and conviction in themselves and their team and will find any way to make it happen.

there will ALWAYS be people badmouthing your project If you give up every time someone tells you "no," you’re never going to do anything cool. You need to believe in yourself, even if no one else does. So yeah, resilience is important, but it’s also about not letting other people’s negativity stop you from doing awesome things.
