Shouldn't this moderation help text in channel settings be updated now that the power badge is gone?

I think the power badge is going to be fully gone on Tuesday Maybe by then things are gonna change fingers crossed What’s your take on the new channel update that’s coming, think it’s a good idea?

Fair point But imagine I create a channel once this update is implemented and I post in my channel, how will it be able to reach the audience if it’s only the followers in the channel that would be able to see?…. I mean no one has even followed the channel yet

It’ll reach at least your own followers + your new channel’s followers (which are initially non-existent). But the algo now does a better job at surfacing casters with few followers, so you’ll also get discovery from that. And if you cast consistently quality content to that channel, and the channel happens to be a topic that people like (not just a personal channel which is ~ equivalent to following you), then over time people will sub to it
