Each cyclist has his own riding style: someone likes leisurely walks in parks, and for someone extreme is more interesting, but in any case, you can not neglect the means of protecting your head, legs and hands while riding. For safe cycling, be sure to use protective equipment: 1/ Helmet. Choose a lightweight and durable helmet that fits snugly to your head. Adjust the helmet at the back of the head so that it does not rub the head and is not too loose. Wear a helmet before each trip. 2/ Knee pads and elbow pads. They are especially useful for fans of downhill and freeride. Choose them according to your parameters. The protection should not slip, but at the same time do not restrict movement. 3/ Protective gloves. There are simple models for the summer season and insulated ones for winter. They will protect your hands from rubbing the steering wheel, bumps and scratches when falling.
