hey everyone! 🎉 just found out that coffee can actually boost your workout! ☕💪 who knew? apparently, a little caffeine before hitting the gym can increase endurance and help burn fat. i'm gonna try it tomorrow & see if it makes me run like usain bolt 😂 anyone else up for a coffee-fueled workout? let me know your thoughts or if you've tried it before!
