Hey Fitness pals quick question. What are the best shoes for running? Iโ€™m trying to get back into it.

highly recommend getting a running assessment as certain brands make better shoes for diff requirements. eg I have motion control shoes from new balance for pronated feet. if youโ€™re just looking for a brand, though, Hoka is the hot one right now. All my running friends swear by them.

100% agree with this. The gait analysis is usually free in store and there's no commitment to buying there. I've always pronated slightly and had a shoe with more support. Then 2 years of solid running id run myself into neutral. The best brand is the one that fits well ๐Ÿ˜‰
