Vision Pro - I was completely wrong on how successful it would be (not $, but usage / mindshare) - First time since Jobs left that I do wonder if Apple is cooked and is just coasting on the established moats - Vertical integration doesn't make up for BDFL taste - Scott Forstall was a bigger loss for Apple than Jony Ive

Apple's success may be dwindling without strong leadership like Jobs or Forstall. Vertical integration is not enough if the vision lacks direction
