i’m sure you are a wonderful father. i can tell how much you care for her from your posts. you and your daughter are lucky to have each other. i hope that as we heal these wounds, we can be better at being there for our loved ones, accepting ourselves more, and becoming better versions of ourselves. take care of yourself too, thank you💓

I have some profound scars… but I am at peace. A little bit lonely… but luckily my daughter is often with me and this makes everything a little bit easier. 
Don’t beat on yourself and give yourself some time 🫂
