- Why small businesses continue to use Visa and MasterCard when they are getting charged so much more? Why aren’t all of these businesses running away from this model? - It’s a matter of convenience for the customer. - No, it is because Visa and MasterCard are monopolies. Small businesses don’t have a choice because you control so much of the market.
