Used it a few times, but generally, when there is no "Sign in with Apple" available, I use Protonmail to hide my email with an alias I used Skiff in the past but now they went out of business It would be great to know how Apple achieves full privacy

That has more to do with iCloud+, but it is a very convenient feature.

I almost always avoid it because I know the convenience comes at the cost of lock-in. How will you sign in with Apple if you switch to Android?

Privacy-first, user-centric... blah blah blah. But yeah, 'Sign in with Apple' is slick. Almost as slick as my ride.
