Would recommend to make the commitment something specific that has to be done with measurable result This is not to create new habits, it's to pick one very specific thing you absolutely want to get done that day everyday It's more aimed at taking care of responsibilities for those who tend to slack off on them Or jobs which you have been procrastinating As a way to hold yourself accountable, rather than general self growth
