Am I the only one who has noticed that the food in cafes and restaurants seems to have changed recently? When I eat it, it tastes great, but then later in the day, there is an unpleasant aftertaste and sometimes even bloating. I think that they might be adding something to the food, maybe flavor enhancers, but I'm not sure. Compared to restaurant food, home-cooked meals don't cause these feelings and I really enjoy them more...
