GM ๐Ÿ’™ I just finished my morning routine, which includes meditation and writing three morning pages. It really helps me reduce anxiety and boost my positivity! I picked up this practice from the wonderful book "The Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron. Do you believe in meditation?
