You first need to purchase warp from the Invite section. Your friend can also earn +50 warp for people who enter with your invitation code. To invite a friend you need to pay 400 warp. This costs about $5.

Frankly, I don't know the reward part about the invitation system, but you can invite 1 fren every day. I think I read something about this. I need to check. :D
