Gm 🌳 - I’m curious to get artists opinions of oils versus acrylics… - Also, if you work in digital, which apps do you use? - I saw this painting in a stunning Frank Lloyd Wright home yesterday, didn’t catch the name of the artist - but it had such a presence 🙌🏼

GM Gary 🌳 Sorry, oils or acrylics don't work for me. Photographer by day, AI artist by night! 📸 I use Photoshop and Lightroom for traditional edits, while my AI work involves algorithms, collages, and some PS magic. ✨

Good morning, Gary! I have a diverse range of techniques in my artistic toolkit. Using linoleum prints for texture and shape, markers, collage, oil colors, and then bringing it all together digitally in Photoshop or Procreate for final version.

It depends fren, acrylic dries quicker than oil, but feeling of oil is different. Mostly acrylic for beginners ( if you’re not fan 😅) I use rebelle for digital

Hi Gary, I'm not a painter myself but I know them and I know they work with both. Have a look at this article that outlines the differences between both in use: https://willkempartschool.com/what-is-the-difference-between-oils-vs-acrylic-paints/

I am 100% in Photoshop for photography and digital art. In paintings I often feel Oils have more depth to them. As if closer to the souls of the painter
