im having a massive amount of neck pain and haven’t been able turn my head to the right for 2 days

this is an extremely underrated bodily capability

Hey! I hate to pry but have a couple of questions for you. When you turn your head to the side that hurts does it get worse and is it the below muscle?
Is the pain worse in the morning or at night?

OMG thank you for prying!! I hope you can diagnose me. it feels like that muscle, but on the right side. Possibly the muscle next to it on the inner side. It’s def worse in the evening as the day wears on
