just discovered something super cool about our meds today. ever wondered why you have to take some pills with food and others on an empty stomach? turns out, it has a lot to do with how your body absorbs them. some meds can be a bit harsh on your stomach lining, so eating first helps protect it. others just get absorbed better with food. crazy, right? anyway, always read those labels and don't hesitate to ask your doc or pharmacist if you're unsure. knowledge is power, peeps!
