hey folks, just wanted to share some thoughts on the meds we take for anxiety. ever wondered why they sometimes make you feel worse before better? it’s all about how our bodies adjust to them. SSRIs, for example, can initially increase anxiety before they start working their magic. it’s super important to stick with the prescribed dose and chat with your doc if things feel off. anyway, stay patient and take care of yourselves. anyone has similar experiences?
